Turnkey Cleaning, CCTV (PACP) and Trenchless Rehabilitation

Turnkey Cleaning, CCTV (PACP), and CIPP/Trenchless Rehabilitation

  • Sticky CTA: One mobilization → one report → immediate rehab.

1-2-3 checklist 1) Clean: high-velocity jet/vactor to restore flow and prep for camera work. 2) Inspect: PACP/MACP/LACP-standard CCTV for uniform scoring and prioritization. 3) Rehabilitate: in-house CIPP, geopolymer spincast (SIPP), pipe bursting, or sliplining.

Introduction

Hinterland Group’s turnkey program unifies high-velocity jetting/vactor cleaning, standards-based CCTV data capture (PACP/MACP/LACP), and in-house trenchless rehabilitation into one accountable workflow. This reduces handoffs, speeds design decisions, and delivers a complete as-built record for water, wastewater, and stormwater assets across the Southeast. See our core capabilities in Services and Inspection.

Why a single-vendor, end-to-end workflow

  • Fewer change orders: the same team that cleans and scores defects designs and installs the repair, minimizing scope drift. See Pipe Rehabilitation.

  • Faster schedules: mobilize once, capture condition data, issue an engineered rehab plan, then line/repair with built-in bypass and electrical support. See Repair and Replacement.

  • Traceable QA/QC: pre- and post-rehab CCTV, uniform defect coding, and punch-list closure before turnover. See Inspection.

  • Lower community impact: trenchless methods (CIPP, geopolymer spincast, pipe bursting, sliplining) avoid large excavations, aligning with our Maintenance approach.

Scope of services (clean → inspect → rehabilitate)

Jetting/vactor cleaning

  • High-velocity cleaning and debris removal to restore design flow and prepare for camera inspection. Performed by certified, licensed crews with vactor trucks. Source: Inspection.

CCTV inspection and standardized deliverables

  • Robotic CCTV of mains; MACP manhole assessments; LACP lateral entries, as applicable. Source: Inspection.

  • Deliverables: condition videos and structured logs aligned to PACP/MACP/LACP data schemas for consistent scoring and prioritization. Ongoing programs available via Maintenance Plans.

Trenchless rehabilitation (in-house)

Standard workflow and QA/QC checkpoints

1) Mobilize and set traffic/safety controls. See safety profile on About. 2) Jet/vactor clean target segments; remove roots, sand, debris. Inspection. 3) CCTV mains (PACP), assess manholes (MACP), and laterals (LACP where scoped). Inspection. 4) Condition scoring and rehab plan: method selection (CIPP, SIPP, bursting, sliplining) and staging. Pipe Rehabilitation. 5) Bypass setup and electrical integration (if required). Repair and Replacement. 6) Install rehabilitation; perform cure/quality checks. 7) Post-rehab CCTV for acceptance; deliver turnover package and maintenance recommendations. Maintenance Plans.

How to get started

  • Request a redacted sample PACP report and a turnkey proposal via Contact Us.

  • Share available maps/videos; we’ll recommend a pilot corridor and mobilize a combined cleaning/CCTV crew.

  • Receive a prioritized rehab plan (CIPP/SIPP/bursting/sliplining) with staging, bypass, and acceptance testing.
